Redeem your Gift Voucher
You’ve received a gift voucher! Follow the instructions below to redeem your voucher using the code printed on your gift voucher. Your code can be found on your e-voucher or physical copy sent to you in the post. If you can’t find your code or have any questions about your gift voucher email me at jk.ransley@gmail.com

1. Prints
Vouchers for prints are for either A3 or A2 size and include postage to a UK address. To redeem a voucher code for a print visit the shop, select the print of your choice and proceed to purchase as normal. At the checkout enter the code at payment.
If you do not see a print you like in my shop you can also choose an images can be chosen from any page on this website or my Instagram feed (@joanransley).

2. Courses
To redeem a voucher code for a photography course visit my booking page and select the course and date of your choice from the calendar. Follow the steps to book a course as normal and enter your code at checkout.
Vouchers for courses are for a specific type of course. If you would like to use your voucher as part-payment towards another course you can enter your code and pay the difference at checkout.
If you have received a gift voucher for my one month mentoring course you will receive 4 voucher codes. These are worth 1-hour each and can be redeemed individually within the month.
